Ordering and Confirmation
After submitting the form, our agent will call you to confirm the order and delivery address. An order is final only after phone confirmation. You may cancel during the confirmation call with no obligation.
Price and Payment
The advertised price is 949 EGP per pack (50 capsules) under the current promotional offer, delivery included. Payment is cash on delivery only — we never ask for prepayment.
Delivery
Delivery covers all governorates of Egypt: 1–3 working days for Greater Cairo and 2–5 days elsewhere. The parcel arrives in neutral packaging. You may inspect the outer pack before paying.
Returns and Exchange
Unopened packs may be returned within 14 days of receipt, with return shipping paid by the customer. Opened packs cannot be returned for health-safety reasons. To arrange a return, contact us via the contact page.
